What happens when the trial ends?
You’ll see a one-click subscribe prompt when you next open the kid zone. If you don’t subscribe, your kid’s progress is saved — you can resume any time.
How do I cancel?
From the parent portal → Account → Manage Subscription. It opens our secure billing portal where you cancel in one click. No phone calls, no retention pages.
Is there a discount for multiple kids?
The $9.99 plan already covers up to 5 kid profiles. There’s nothing extra to pay for a sibling.
Do you offer schools or districts pricing?
